Rapid Responce True 24 Hour Breakdown Attendance:
Our Emergency/Service Vans carry most items that in our experience are prone to failure, that cause system malfunction. These items include a various supply of Submersible Sewage, Drainage Pumps, and general Control Panel items/Float Switches, as part of our Regular Van Stock. This on-board stock allows us to assist reduction of system downtime, often in most cases, not requiring a second return attendance, thus also keeping labour charges to a minimum as well.
Fault diagnosis of Submersible Sewage or Drainage Pump Systems and Sewage Treatment Plant Servicing, with Control Panel and associated tank internal Pipe Work and Valves, are usually diagnosed within a 1 hour period from attending site, and most problems are completed within 1/2 hour following diagnosis, so we are able to offer a PRE-SET CHARGE, to include attending site location, to include the first 1 hour (Single Pump) or 1 1/2 hour (Dual Pump Station) site labour, If however there is a more extensive work requirement following this time period, then additional labour would be charged respective, in only quarter hour intervals.
