You will get direct and fast access to the UK based Insignia Support and Engineering teams. Client Managers are available for quarterly reviews, and of course our Development Team are continually working on ways to enhance our solutions for our customer base. We provide a Fault Management System with client access to track calls and support via N3 with continuous monitoring.
