Clear Line was established in 1997 and quickly built up a solid reputation in the curtain wall installation market. In 2001 Clear Line extended its installation services to the European market and beyond.
In 2002 Clear Line extended its services to cover the building maintenance market. This extended service was a natural progression for Clear Line. It facilitated the utilisation of valuable skills gained from the installation business, to develop innovative approaches to building maintenance.
The building maintenance arm of Clear Line has continued to stay ahead of the curve, developing innovative and bespoke solutions for a range of clients. We have a strong team of experienced managers who have developed a variety of services to deal with a wide array of client issues. We solve problems ranging from simple glazing replacements and malfunctioning doors, to full building envelope refurbishment. Our adaptability and our willingness to go the extra mile for our clients has rewarded us with a strong position in this market.
Clear Line have worked hard to maintain an exceptional health and safety record. We have achieved certification of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, Achilles Building Confidence, Achilles UVDB and CHAS, which has enabled us to work with a wide range of Main Contractors and Facilities Managers in numerous sectors.
